FIR Elettromeccanica (Casalmaggiore,CR – Italy) announces the immediate availability of a completely new family of low profile, heavy duty, AC asynchronous, brushless and gearless power packs.

The systems use a planetary gearbox manufactured by Gear Research (Grand Rapids, MI), a division of Imperial Electric. (Akron, OH) Both Gear Research and Imperial Electric serve US and South American markets.

Specifically developed for floor care industry, the design is a step ahead of existing products in the marketplace.

Both the AC Asynchronous, low-profile version and the Brushless variable-speed solution (particularly appropriate in heavy duty applications like marble and wood working) are appreciated new solutions for the floor care industry.

Available with different ratios (from 1:6 up to 1:11) to satisfy all the potential markets.

Direct drive high-speed versions and dual speed AC solutions will be soon available.
