SmartraqTM, the new "true" closed loop door operator upgrade kit for passenger elevators.

This state-of-the-art operator controls elevator door motion based on a user-defined ideal velocity profile. The SmartraqTM motor-mounted encoder provides true distance and velocity feedback. The result: smooth door operation regardless of door mass or wind loading and more forgiveness of mechanical friction in the system.

The SmartraqTM door operator package includes an inverter drive-based controller, permanent magnet brushless motor with integrated encoder, motor pulley, universal bedplate adaptor, all hardware and installation instructions.

MCE's kit replaces the existing door operator motor, slowdown limit switches and resistors. Installation is simple and straightforward. Adjustment is easy, with most settings pre-programmed. User adjustable parameters include door speed, acceleration, deceleration, nudging and stall pressure.
