The web site was redesigned between Imperial's home page and its affiliate companies. These include Scott Motors, manufacturing DC electric motors and hydraulic pumps; Euclid Universal Corporation, designing custom drive systems; Gear Research, Inc., fabricating precision gears, splines, pump gear assemblies and gear boxes; FIR Group for AC induction motors.

Each affiliate's section of the web shows product photos, applications, features, performance specifications and detailed outline drawings. Another feature of the web is an alphabetical listing of all products produces by Imperial and its affiliates. A click on the desired product immediately takes the viewer to that specific product in the appropriate company's section.

Other features of the new web site include an easy to use format for communicating with Imperial and its affiliates via e-mail. Also, complete reprints of trade publication releases on new products and pertinent company information are accessible.

Imperial Electric produces a full line of high-performance permanent magnet electric motors, transaxles and power drive systems use in floor care products, elevators, escalators, power reels, forklifts and other types of lift equipment including wire rope hoists.
