Merkle-Korff Industries Introduces New Rotisserie Line of Products

Des Plaines, IL - Merkle-Korff Industries is pleased to introduce the new Rotisserie line of products. This new product is Merkle-Korff’s solution for value added grill accessories. The MK rotisserie package consists of a low voltage DC motor with 110VAC input, and proven high reliability commercial grade gear train. The standard version provides a normal operating no load speed of 3.5 RPM, while the three-speed version provides output speeds from approximately 3 RPM to 4 RPM. Both versions provide operating torque levels of 20 in.–lbs. with 80 in.-lbs of available stall torque.

	-	Available with a stainless steel cover and multiple speed operation or with a plastic cover and single speed for the most economical package.


Features
	-	The new MK DC design provides an option for variable speed with a four position rotary switch for Off, High, Medium and Low speed settings. With this unique option, the user has the ability to match the rotisserie performance with the desired cooking needs.
	-	The MK rotisserie is supplied with a wall mount style 115VAC to 12 VDC UL listed power supply. The standard cord is a 4M (approximately 12ft) with heavy-duty insulation and a strain relief on either end of the cord.
	-	The MK DC rotisserie is ideally suited for add-on accessories such as rechargeable battery pack and 12 VDC auto adapter for "tail-gaters".
	-	Standard slide-in mounting to OEM bracket.
	-	OEM stamped bracket and private branding can be provided if required.
