MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Experience
- 2 years minimum of 3D design work with solid modeling – Solidworks is preferred. Experience should include part design, part detailing, assembly drawings and tolerance studies.
Education
- Associates Degree in a Technical discipline or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
Statement of General Duties
- Work with the design engineering department on tasks such as the design of new or modified parts, documentation and release of new motor models, engineering change processing, and assist manufacturing engineering on development of illustrated work instructions.
Job Knowledge
- Use of personal computers for word processing, spreadsheets and database is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of mechanical processes as punch, turn, drill, tap and grind is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of electric motor design and manufacture is desirable.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Directs and coordinates the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of assigned engineering projects. Projects typically concern the application, development (or sourcing), testing, and commercialization of electric motors, gearmotors, and machinery.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Plans and implements engineering projects including defining the project activities and milestones per customer requirements.
- Develops and maintains a schedule and budget for the assigned engineering project.
- Provides reports on the status of project milestones and adjusts schedules accordingly.
- Controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
- Assigns and oversees project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing.
- Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and related specifications.
- Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
- Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
- Interfaces with customers to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provides status and progress reports to customer, project team, and management.
Experience
- 5 years minimum of electric motor fractional/integral Hp. design or applications engineering.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- An advanced degree is desirable.

SALES ENGINEER
Identify and close new business opportunities in commercial and industrial markets for fractional and integral AC, DC and BLDC motors, gear motors, and controls. Work closely with internal and customer engineering teams to identify solutions and resolve problems.

- Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
- Traveling to visit potential clients
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers

Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

ELECTRONICS PACKAGING DESIGNER
- Reports to Engineering Manager
- Experienced electro-mechanical Designer proficient in multi-layered, double-sided surface mount PCB layouts of power electronics controlled by digital signal processors. Candidate should also have CAD experience with packaging of electronic controls for mobile equipment applications meeting vibration and environmental requirements.
- Demonstrated proficiency using Altium, PCAD or similar schematic capture and PCB design software as well as 3D modeling using Solid Works or Pro Engineer.
Experience
- Minimum 2 year technical degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in power and digital PCB design.
